May 7th, 2013As you can imagine as a photographer, I don’t get many photos of myself. It’s by design….I’d rather be on the backside of the camera. However, when it comes to getting photos WITH my kids, I get one shot at it, once a year. It is my time and it’s what I want to do on my day. It started as a no makeup snap shot on our back porch when my daughter was a few weeks old. Some years we put very little into the shot…..I grabbed the kids and we hit the bed one year, and some years I shop for wardrobe and hunt for new locations.
This year I am running a Mother’s Day Special to help other moms get some special shots with their kids.

Happy Valentine’s Day and some cheesy Valentines ideas
February 14th, 2013Every year my kids help me come up with ideas for their school Valenitines cards. They are always silly and fun. We try to coordinate the photos and items that they want to give out. This year we were not allowed to give out candy (which I am very happy about) so the kids gave out erasers. Ice cream PUZZLE erasers for her and soccer ball pencil erasers for him.
I design two cards on a standard flat card 4″x5.5 ” which gives us two 2.75″x4″ cards making them perfectly valentines size. When we receive them from the printing company, we just cut them in half. Somewhere I actually have small envelopes but couldn’t find them in my stash this year so we just tied them to the bags with erasers.

You will choose your 3 favorite shots on site and be sent full files the following day.
$125 includes 3 fully retouched full file images with usage rights
You will receive a wardrobe consultation and have the option of a wardrobe change during the photoshoot.
Make-up artist can be scheduled at an additional cost.
