Interior Design by Hardy Home Interiors

Friday, April 24th, 2009

I took some AFTER shots of some of my dear friend Georgia Hardy’s latest interior design projects today.  She had finished a GORGEOUS baby girl’s room just in time for the baby’s arrival. (her due date is tomorrow!!)  I also photographed a Master bedroom that she designed several months ago.

Georgia has an amazing imagination and a great eye for detail.  When she creates a room she not only designs the room AND lighting, but she contracts the workers, manages the jobs, buys the decor and often creates one of a kind items for the space by herself.  She is extremely talented.  Her newly designed website is coming soon.

I can’t wait to photo the baby that will go in this room.  We are waiting very IMpatiently, especially the mom.

1 year old photos

I had the privilege of photographing a beautiful family today.  Mostly I was there to take photos of the 1 year old “R”.  He was the sweetest, happiest little guy, I just wanted to squeeze him.  His big brother “G” was very helpful too and I had a blast.  I really love it when they are easy.  Here are some of the shots that I took.

5 year old Fairy Birthday

Saturday, April 18th, 2009

Sometimes there are people that I meet that I feel there is a reason I was supposed to meet them.  Rachel DiSepio and her family are “those people”.  Rachel owns a children’s party rental company called Party Pax .  I rented items from her for Laina’s birthday party and initially agreed on a trade for pictures.  Since contacting her originally, I have made 2 mushroom stools for her,  am working on a tree canopy, and have photographed her daughter’s 5th birthday.

Her daughter “D” was so engaging.  I first met her in her beautiful room where we talked and she showed me some of her most favorite things…..and her wiggly tooth.  She was a delight and I had so much fun following her and her friends around the party and even met Tinkerbell.  Here are some photos.
