Every time I go to Balboa park I think about how beautiful of a spot it is and secondly, how many photographers there are in San Diego. Anyway, I had some time in between shoots yesterday and was looking for things I haven’t photographed there before. I was inspired by the angel’s trumpet flowers with the sunlight coming through and a juggler named Alex with 5 pins.
I was coming home from a few holiday photo shoots tonight when I came upon this beautiful scene. I was talking on the phone with my mom and seriously almost wrecked the car when I said “I HAVE to go…I see a great shot”. This hot air balloon landed in 4S Ranch right behind Del Norte High School. The moon, sunset and balloon lighting up were amazing. What a great spot to live.
