Variety keeps things interesting

Tuesday, January 22nd, 2013

This past week I had clients with a variety of very different needs.  I finally photographed a HS Senior (now a Freshman in college) after trying to schedule for over a year.  We did an outdoor shoot with beautiful light and trees.  Then I moved on to Miss San Diego Cities also 1st runner-up in Miss San Diego, for a studio program headshot.  For a completely different style and equipment needs I also did real-estate interiors for a beautiful home.

Big news is coming soon for Pond Photography and a whole new website.  Stay tuned!

Saturday, September 8th, 2012

I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Kristi Krause yesterday for her new website and promotional pieces. She is an amazing singer and songwriter and is a local San Diego celebrity…..and upcoming star I believe. She is beautiful inside and out. Here are a few from our fun day.

Gorgeous Family of 6

It was a true treat to photograph this absolutely beautiful family earlier this summer. When I say that everyone in this family was rock star/supermodel gorgeous, I am not exaggerating. Thank you to this fun family.

High School Senior Mermaid

Monday, July 25th, 2011

I had a really fun HS Senior session early this summer. It is nice to get the 2012 seniors in the summer BEFORE their senior year because once school starts, everyone is so busy. Katie is on her school swim team, is a lifeguard and teaches swimming. Right now swimming is just “what she does”. She wanted to incorporate her swimming somehow without having to get in her race suit and cap. The beach was a natural choice since she loves it and spends a lot of time there as well. I also wanted to incorporate a lot of blue in the images and I found a mermaid mural that I thought was just perfect for her.

Here are some of the shots we came up with together!!
